Resolution Main Page. The purpose of our site is
threefold:
- To provide information on the
Trust's mission concerning asbestos personal injury claims.
The basis of these claims must result from exposure to
asbestos related products manufactured by the individual
companies designated herein.
- To provide information to
assist our claimants and other interested parties to understand
who we are and how we resolve claims.
- To provide the
tools and resources to file claims.
To assist you in the steps necessary to file
claims, we are providing three separate instruction trails to direct you to the
Individual companies. One for the Rock Wool Manufacturing Company Asbestos
Trust, One for the M. H. Detrick Company Asbestos Trust and one for the Rutland Fire Clay Company Asbestos Trust.
Please read the instructions and required documents carefully.
Also note that specific information will be required and it is recommended that
this information be available at the time the claim is to be submitted.
