NOTICE: The Claims Filing Period for the
Rock Wool Mfg Co. Asbestos Trust began at 1:00 AM on February
18th, 2002 and was closed at 1:00 AM April 24th, 2002.
No Additional claim submissions
will be accepted after this formally announced closing date.
Approved claims submitted
during the open period and not paid due to unavailability of funds
will be retained in the Trusts' database and will be considered
for payment in the next open period which is anticipated to be in
the year 2004.
